How Do I Join the CES Referral Rewards Club?
As soon as you purchase one of our software solutions, you will automatically become part of our program. We will provide you a copy of your referral number when you first join us. However, if you forget this, simply email info@completeeducationsolutions.uk and ask for a copy
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every £4 spent by those using your referral code. When someone uses your referral code, you will receive an email afterwards with your updated loyalty points balance.
How do I check my referral rewards balance and redeem rewards?
Each time points are added, you will receive our loyalty program email with your updated points balance. You can also email us at any time to check your balance or get your referral code again.
How do I use my rewards?
Once your next purchase or renewal is completed, your balance of points will be used to discount the bill. This will also help to ensure you always get the most out of your points.
What if my points total more than my renewal or extra service I order?
Great news! Your order is free and the extra points are rolled over for another time.
I’m no longer needing your service, what happens to my points?
Like with all loyalty and reward services, if you leave us this goes too, however, due to our outstanding solutions you’ll never need to leave us!
